The recording process now follows an optimized sequence to ensure a smooth and organized workflow:

• Recording Starts: Once you confirm, the system sets up the designated folder structure based on your chosen title, which is used to store all session files.

• Transcription: If transcription is selected, it begins immediately after recording stops. This allows you to adjust participant names up to the transcription step.

• Merging of Audio and Video Files: Audio and video are merged after transcription (if selected) or directly after recording if transcription is skipped. Normalized audio files are prioritized for merging to ensure high-quality output.

• Cleanup: Finally, any temporary or redundant files are deleted as per your settings, keeping storage organized.
